Adriana Severine has over 30 years of clinical and organizational experience, with a solid background in leadership positions, including serving as an HR Director in multinational companies. Having held the role of Human Resources Director for twenty years, Adriana developed a real understanding of pressure, performance, difficult decisions, emotional loneliness, and leadership challenges — issues that many men and women face but rarely have space to talk about.
